Our Easy 14-day Return Policy: You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

1. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

• Enter in all fields in the Return here form
• Enter your order number in the Message field
• In the Message field, state "Refund"
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

2. WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

• You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order
• Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged
• Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased during sales or with coupons are not returnable.

3. ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item.
• A Return Label will only be provided if it's a mistake on our part.

4. HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Items must be shipped and received before a refund is issued.
